Pinnacle Treatment Centers Acquires Stepworks.
On February 28, 2013, Pinnacle Treatment closed the acquisition of Stepworks, LLC, a Kentucky based provider of inpatient substance abuse treatment services, marking Pinnacle’s seventh acquisition since its formation by Celerity. Pinnacle offers a full spectrum of treatment services to over 7,500 patients per day across two dozen locations and four states.
