ABOUT CELERITY
Celerity Partners was founded in September 1995 with the objective of building category-dominant companies. Since its inception Celerity has invested in 18 companies and
sponsored or co-sponsored nine consolidation projects involving over 30 acquisitions. The total transaction value of these investments exceeds $2 billion.
The firm manages approximately $200 million in equity capital across four funds from investors that include some of the world's largest financial institutions, such as GE
Capital, Crédit Agricole Indosuez, and Allianz/Dresdner Bank. Since 1995, Celerity Partners has supplemented this capital with over $2 billion in debt and equity financing
raised in connection with investments it has sponsored.
Celerity is currently investing out of Celerity Partners III, L.P. which closed in September 2000 with $95 million in new equity commitments. This capital was augmented to $145 million
when Celerity received a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) license from the U.S. Small Business Administration in September 2002.
