North Hampton, NH, November 28, 2007 – TSI Group, Inc. (TSI), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (, announced today the acquisition of ADB Industries, a Celerity Partners portfolio company.

ADB Industries manages a world-class dip brazing and machining operation that will enhance TSI’s existing brazing capabilities.
