Celerity Partners Completes Recapitalization of 360 PT Management, LLC

Celerity Partners is pleased to announce that it has completed a recapitalization of Chandler, Arizona based, 360 PT Management, LLC (“360” or the “Company”).  360 is a leading provider of physical therapy services managing 8 outpatient clinics throughout the Phoenix-metro area.

Celerity partnered with 360’s founder and President, Tresha Baldwin, and her management team, to accelerate the Company’s growth. 360 will serve as a platform for a buy and build strategy in the physical therapy industry with a geographic focus in the southwest.
