Eureka Growth Capital Acquires Project Leadership Associates

Chicago, IL – May 13, 2011 – Eureka Growth Capital (“Eureka”) today announced it has partnered with senior management to complete the acquisition of Project Leadership Associates, Inc. (“PLA” or the “Company”), a premier provider of senior-level consultative services to formulate, implement and manage a wide range of critical information technology and business strategy solutions for its clients. Through the transaction, Eureka and senior management acquired the outstanding ownership interests held by Celerity Partners.

Founded in 1998 by Daniel Porcaro, PLA has grown into a leading business and IT consulting firm by providing its customers senior-level experience and thought leadership with a focus across four core solution areas: Strategy & Execution; Business Operations; Applications; and Infrastructure. Headquartered in Chicago with offices in Houston, New Orleans, New York and San Francisco, PLA provides services to hundreds of enterprises each year ranging from large, multi-national corporations to small partnerships, providing these clients with innovative technology and managed services solutions as part of a well-developed business strategy to leverage core strengths and resources.

“PLA brings a broad service offering that provides comprehensive solutions generally available from only the largest global consulting organizations, but does so with senior professionals with deep expertise to differentiate its offering from that of the largest players,” said Chris Hanssens, Managing Partner of Eureka Growth Capital. “We look forward to working with Dan Porcaro and the rest of the talented team at PLA to leverage the successful culture they have built and continue to expand the PLA platform as businesses seek profitable solutions to increasingly complex business issues.” Jonathan Chou, a Principal with Eureka added, “PLA is well positioned to capitalize on the trend facing businesses of all sizes today to incorporate numerous applications and processes across multiple platforms and integrate these applications and processes into a purposeful business strategy.”
